Jackson Gore Upgrades and Replaces Unit Door Entry System

On your next visit to Jackson Gore, don’t be surprised to see a new door entry
system on your unit. That’s because Jackson Gore has just completed an
upgrade and replacement of all entry locks on every unit at the Jackson Gore Inn,
Adams and Bixby Houses.

Approved by an owners’ vote at the Association Board meeting on 6/30/23,
Jackson Gore has replaced all door entry units at a cost of approximately
$252,000. The contractor on the project is Ving/Assa Abloy with whom Jackson
Gore has an established and valued relationship. They will also be able to provide
around-the-clock emergency support when needed.

In addition to greater reliability of the new keys/cards, every owner will now
receive a FOB for entry to popular areas such as the pool, saunas, hot tubs, etc
for use on an ongoing basis, making access more convenient than in the past. The
new system will also provide greater security, and peace of mind knowing the entry
cards will have much greater reliability and a much more modern look. Owners
will receive the new RFID cards and FOB when they check in at the front desk as
usual.
