Fast and exciting, yet safe, the ride is a coaster that features one or two sled-like passenger cars riding on tubular tracks. Each car’s speed can be controlled by the passengers at all times and wind down a very scenic mountain side. Family members must be at least 3 years old and at least 36″ tall and ride with an adult. To ride alone, the rider must be at least 8 years old and 52″ tall.
The Ice House
Located at Jackson Gore, the Ice House is a year-round multi-activity sports pavilion. In the main building there is a 115 X 215-foot skating rink for use in Winter. A tennis court, basket ball court and single-lane jogging track can be enjoyed in Summer. The Ice House offers skate rentals. The skating surface is maintained with a ice resurfacing machine. The Ice House is open Thursday to Sunday, including holidays, at 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The Firepit
A great and relaxing gathering spot, located in the Jackson Gore Courtyard. The place to unwind after a full day on the slopes.
Snow Tubing Park
Maybe put the skis and snowboard away for a little bit and enjoy snow tubing for a change. This slopeside tubing park is a perfect pastime for the entire family. The park features a 4-lane run and located just off the magic carpet in the courtyard at Jackson Gore. You can rent tubes by the hour but please note that children must be at least 42″ tall to ride and you must sign a waiver to participate. Children under 18 must have a parental signature.
