Welcome to the listing of the Jackson Gore Board of Directors, Lodging Director and Owner Services staff.  This listing is intended to give you a quick snapshot of the people behind the scenes, what they do and how to get in touch with them if you need to.

Please keep in mind that the functional responsibilities for each director listed are in addition to their overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the Association’s operations.

President
Develops policies, procedures and strategic direction for the Association. Oversees activities of the various Board committees as required. Conducts Board meetings.

Vice President and Commercial Representative
Assists the President with various responsibilities on an as needed basis. Conducts Board meetings in President’s absence. Supports Commercial arm of Jackson Gore.

Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair
Responsible for monitoring the financial health of the Association. Works with Vail Management to develop annual financial budget, reviews monthly financial statements, monitors accounts receivable and serves as main contact with auditor and outside accounting firm.

Secretary and Legal Committee Chair
Ensures accurate recording and posting of Board meeting minutes. Serves as main contact for Association with applicable outside legal counsel as needed. Also, serves on the Communications Committee.

Facilities and Maintenance Committee Chair
Works in close coordination with Jackson Gore maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of the Association’s mechanical systems and physical structures and when necessary, their timely repair or replacement.

Long-range Planning Chair
Examines long-term physical needs of Jackson Gore and develops plans such as the Renovation Project designed to guide the Association and its properties through a major transformation to meet future operating and guest requirements.

Communications Committee Chair
Oversees Jackson Gore communication needs and activities including development of the Association website, updates, and frequent owner notifications designed to keep owners aware of activities and events at Jackson Gore.

Works with Jackson Gore Housekeeping to establish policies and procedures. Supports Commercial arm of Jackson Gore.

Property Management / Owner Services

Property Manager
Serves as Property Manager for Jackson Gore Village, overseeing property operations, maintenance, budgeting, and homeowner relations. She works with association boards, resort leadership, contractors, and staff to ensure the community is well-maintained, financially sound, and operating efficiently. Her responsibilities include project management, risk mitigation, and delivering exceptional service to owners and guests.

Assists with owner-facing services including resales, RCI exchanges, HOA and Condo collection assistance, Space A requests, Owner reservations, and maintenance restrictions.
