What is Jackson Gore Village, and why are we considering a renovation now?

Jackson Gore Village consists of three interconnected residential buildings — the Inn, Adams
House, and Bixby House — along with shared common areas and commercial spaces that support the overall resort experience. The Inn and Adams House, both fractional (quartershare) ownership buildings, are reaching a point where updates are needed to maintain long term value, improve guest satisfaction, and address aging infrastructure. Renovating now helps ensure the entire Village remains competitive and attractive for owners and rental guests over the next decade.

Which buildings and areas are included in the renovation plan?

The renovation plan focuses on the Inn and Adams House, both operating under a
quarter share (fractional) ownership model. Areas under consideration include:

  • Residential units (Inn & Adams House fractional units)
  • Common areas (hallways, lobbies, shared spaces)
  • Commercial areas within the Jackson Gore Village footprint
How does Bixby House fit into the renovation project?

Bixby House is a full ownership building and is not part of the primary renovation scope. However, Bixby owners will have the option to participate if they wish to adopt the same design standards, materials, and pricing once proposals are finalized.

What is the goal of the renovation?

The renovation aims to modernize the property, improve durability, enhance the guest experience, and protect long term asset value for owners. Updated interiors and refreshed common areas will help maintain Jackson Gore’s position as a premier resort destination.

How will the renovation be financed?

The committee is actively working with multiple banks to identify financing solutions appropriate for a fractional ownership community. Options may include association level financing, owner assessments, or blended approaches. Final recommendations will be shared once the committee completes its evaluation.

Will owners have input in the renovation decisions?

Yes. Owner involvement is a priority. The committee will share design concepts, cost information, and financing options as they become available, and owners will have opportunities to provide feedback before major decisions are finalized.

How will construction impact owner stays and rental operations?

The goal is to minimize disruption by scheduling work during lower occupancy periods and coordinating closely with resort operations. More detailed timelines will be communicated once a design firm is selected and construction phases are defined.

How will updates be communicated to owners?

Owners will receive regular updates through email, the owner portal, and scheduled meetings. As key milestones are reached—design selection, cost estimates, financing options, and timelines—the committee will provide clear, transparent communication.
