Renovation Design Firm Selected for Jackson Gore Village Renovation
The Jackson Gore Village Renovation Committee is pleased to announce that L2 Studios has been selected as the design firm for the Jackson Gore Village renovation project. At the August 1, 2026, Board Meeting, the Board of Directors voted to approve the committee’s recommendation.
A Thoughtful Selection Process
The selection followed a structured evaluation process that included proposal reviews and presentations from Anamika Design, Mountain Interiors, and L2 Studios. The committee appreciates the time, effort, and thoughtful proposals provided by each firm throughout the process.
L2 Studios was selected for its extensive hospitality experience, thoughtful design approach, understanding of Jackson Gore Village’s unique needs, and flat-rate design fee, which provides greater cost predictability compared with the percentage-based fee structures proposed by the other firms.
Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, L2 Studios has completed numerous hospitality and resort projects throughout the country. Their portfolio includes work in Steamboat Springs, providing valuable experience within the ski-resort industry, as well as a range of hotel, resort, and multifamily projects. Their experience demonstrates an ability to balance design, functionality, guest experience, and long-term value.

Design Work Begins
With L2 Studios now selected, design work will begin immediately. Initial design concepts are targeted for committee review in late September.
As the project progresses, additional information regarding design development, project timelines, and next steps will be shared with owners as it becomes available.
