We are aware that questions have arisen regarding the Town of Ludlow’s recent reappraisal notices and the current grand list.
The Town has indicated that certain condominium properties, including Jackson Gore / Okemo condominium units, are not reflected in the presently released grand list information. However, we were made aware recently that Bixby owners did receive assessments.
At this time, property tax assessments remain under the authority of the Town Assessor and applicable State agencies.
We understand that owners have questions. Because assessments are administered by the Town, final timing, methodology, and tax impacts must come directly from the Assessor’s Office.
